i have the same kryptonite. wing wednesday is my well documented cheat/failure night. lol each wing is 100cal, is what i round to, so 10 wings is 1000 calories, plus a LOAD of saturated fats and sodium. 1000 calories for me is half my calories for the day, so I'd say that would put me over.

PADMANADI! SO GOOD! Original Joe's also does a nice job with some healthy options. (ie steak without seasoning, a great thai dressing, etc)

canned fish is fairly easy, although most are adverse to the smell... tuna, mackerel and sardines are great sources of protein as well as good fats. chicken/turkey breast is a great low fat protein source. eggs and beef are great, but a bit high in fat... most people can stand this in their daily diet in moderation protein…

i finished an entire program and loved it... to add to some of the advice: just try your hardest and rest when you need to. push yourself, but don't kill yourself. it does get easier (not the program, you just get better), just keep pushing thru. have lotsa water handy. diet is a huge part of this. focus... and go. feel…

I assume you mean on the phones... I have an android and the scanning is awesome. I'm suprised at how many products scan correctly. There are some that don't, but those are in the minority.
