That would have to be a hell of a cheat day to eat 3500 to 7000 calories ABOVE your TDEE. I don't think treating yourself once in awhile will hurt you, but I think as you move along on your journey, you will find other good foods that will sate you just as well.

Just got tired of not fitting in the bathroom stall, getting cramps while wiping my *kitten*, getting winded tying my shoes, and not being able to sleep because of apnea. I was just READY!

Obviously, with all these lbs. Lost and kg Lost tickers, it is totally whack and not worth wasting your time on. You are probably undereating for your weight. If you let MFP figure out your calorie goals, drink a minimum of 10 cups of water a day, and MEASURE portions, it'll work.

Started last Dec. 13 @ 51 and have lost 51 lbs. in 155 days. Now, I started at 250, so there was some there to shed, but I went from 30 lbs. above obese to midway between obese and normal. It can be done.

Sounds like dehydration. Make sure you're drinking about 100 oz. of water. Plus, if you're doing 2 hours of walking, that sounds like much more than 300 cals.

You can get an idea by entering the descriptions in the food finder...just hit add food under dinner, enter the descriptions in the search window and find something similar/identical to what you are planning to eat.
