I like pb2. I also like high fat food: Avocados, full fat this and thats, nuts, seeds, etc. PB2 is great for those who find that they eat to much fat and not enough protein. And it's delicious in...many things. I don't understand people who add water to it and spread it on toast...but it tastes pretty dandy and it's great…

Well I went over to the bfs for a few hrs so he could participate in clean eating...it was on the floor when I got back...I think the cat may have picked it out of the bag....it's candy coated though so it's not like it eats up lint :D

This. And since you like lifting, I recommend trying some sort of HIIT for your cardio. Personally, I like hiking for the scenery. Can't give up when you're half way done that way haha.

haha. I came in because of the ridiculous title and then remembered what they are. I do these when I'm bored. In the car, waiting on something, etc. I know some people who can do crazy things to their stomach with this stuff.
