Yes, this is why I never work out in the morning, it takes me too long to be productive again. I like to exercise when I get home from work, so if I am exhausted after, I know bed isn't far away.

I am doing day 23 today. I got a little behind this weekend, but I am loving level 3. I feel like it goes by so much quicker than level 2 and I like the exercises more.

I thought I was in pretty good shape before I started and I was SO sore after day 1. It does get so much better :) The soreness went away for me around day 3. It is worth it to stick with it!

I'm on day 16 of 30 Day Shred and my plan is to go right into ripped in 30. So far I haven't skipped a day, and my goal is to complete the entire 30 days in a row :) I use 3 lb weights and my arms kill me. I am in awe of you women using 5lb- 8lb weights!

The anterior raises with the side lunge is the WORST! In level 2, its the squats with the v raise that I hate.

I also have trouble keeping the correct plank form. I feel like the moves in level 2 are harder for me to do correctly, so I am trying to slow down and make sure that I do them right, as opposed to fast. When I go out, I like to get vodka with water and lime/lemon. It is a full glass, so you can sip it for awhile, and it doesn't have any calories from mixers. What is a good recommendation for the amount of protein someone should be eating? I keep seeing people comment that you can change your macros, but I am unsure what to change them to. I currently try to go over on protein and under on carbs, but it would be easier just to reset it.

Those side lunges with arm raises are the hardest move for sure!

I haven't really any lost any weight since starting, but I just checked, and I lost an inch around my waist! I am no longer sore and I can do all the reps of each move. I can also do 3 real push-ups! I can really tell that I am getting stronger, but I am nervous about level 2.

I'm on day 9 of 30 day shred and really enjoying it! I haven't lost any weight (boo) but I have lost an inch from my waist (yay!). I am going to add in her ab dvd now, because I want those kind of results!

Today was also my day 2. I was sore today but made myself work out. I found that about half of the way through the first rotation, my soreness faded quite a bit. I started Sunday, so today was my day 2. OMG I was sore today! It was hard to walk up the stairs today at work. Hopefully it won't be so bad tomorrow. I like the burn though!
