I've always been a total cardio bunny when left on my own, unless my older brother is there to push me and take me through a circuit workout. Now, I have a new gym membership and I find myself wandering the weight room and trying different machines, but with no real direction. My goal is to get organized and really…

Keep doing it! I was there and my runs were painfully slow but keep at it and you build up! My heel is acting up so I'm biking now, otherwise I'd be up for running slow mo with you. :P

I cannot wait to try this. Thank you for the post. I love black beans and I love brownies and only good can come from putting them together.

Keep at it! It's so rewarding at the end, and it has made me love running! I did it last year and stopped for a while and now I'm back to it. I'm on week 3 for the second week in a row. Week 3 and 4 tend to kick my butt, but once I get past it, the rest of the weeks are great. I'm training for a 5k in June. I hope you have…

I'm all about that :) Add me if you like.

Hi! I'm in Normal Heights. I wish people visited this group more, it could really be a good tool to find local people with similar fitness goals.

I would like to join! Woo!

That's so great. That's awesome to hear.

You'd run circles around me! I just started running, and I run at a walkers pace. I'll hit you up when I can be a contender.

Amazing transformation! What a babe!

With level one it seemed to me to start hard and end easy, and with level two it does the opposite. I started level 2 yesterday and toward that last plank set I was dying. :)

I'm down to friend anyone who needs support. That's the magic of this site, everyone is working toward something.

I'm still on week 8, so I still have to finish this week until I'm done. My program ends at the end of 8 but this program has made a runner out of me! I'm still slow, but I can run for a half hour straight for the first time in my life and that's so encouraging. :)

^^^ Hahaha! This is what I was thinking when I first started all this. Once you find an exercise that you like and challenges you in a good way, you start looking forward to them.

That looks like 2 different people. Great job! That's awesome that your wife is running with you :)

I'm 28! Add me :)

Awesome job! Have a great run at your 5k!

I would like to visit Texas. Does that count?

I'm a week behind, on week 5, but it's feeling like I'm going to have to repeat a little bit of week 4. My body wasn't liking the run yesterday. i got through most of it, but couldn't finish. I'm going to go back a couple days and repeat them before I start moving forward again. Great job everyone! I'll catch up to you…

I'm a week behind, so I'm doing week 4 day 2 today, but I'm super motivated. Week 3 was my hump week. For some reason I had to push myself extra hard to get through it, but I'm glad I did. I'm feeling good this week, and I'm ecstatic that I'm finally sticking with something. I always start something for a couple weeks, and…

I'm going slow but I'm getting there! I did the first day of week 3 yesterday because I got sick and took a 4 day break to recover. The runs were long but I went through all of it! Can't wait to challenge myself tomorrow!
-
I agree! I keep looking at the upcoming weeks thinking how the heck am I going to pull that off!
-
Congratulations! You look great!

I'm a run behind because I took extra days to recover last week because of a sore ankle after running on a trail. Not a great idea for an ankle like mine. All seems well now, my last run was awesome. I'm making sure not to push myself too much and stretch A LOT. Great job everyone!
-
Amazing. Great job

Awesome article. I never really thought about camera lenses like that.

I completed week 1 day 1 on Monday and my ankle started aching the next day. It feels worlds better now but I think my first week is going to stretch out longer than most. I want to make sure it's 100% before I start again.
