Anybody want a motivation buddy? Add me! I fell off the wagon for a bit, but am starting again with a new gym membership and Nike+ running schedule. I am entering the world of lifting weights, and would love to hear how people work out. And we can motivate each other in our healthy lifestyle choices. And I'm nice. :)
Anyone on here watching their sodium? I just started last week after my doctor recommended it and my eating has been all over the place. Any suggestions on meals? What do you eat? What amount of sodium a day do you aim for?
I have not gone out to buy a scale yet because I'm afraid that I'll obsess over numbers and that this experience will be more frustrating than good. Does a scale motivate you or is it a source of stress? I think it may be time to get one but I haven't owned one since high school and the idea makes me anxious.
