Well I'm 5'3 3/4" if that counts lol. I'm 155lbs right now but ideally I would like to be between 135 and 140.

Keep lots of fruit for your nights. It's hard to get overweight from that :smile:

Honestly I would kill to have any of these ladies "before" tummy's lol. The "after" pics are purely a dream for me. I haven't seen anyone with my stomach so far. I just started 30DS and hoping I do get more firm and toned all over.

What has worked for me is either having all my meals around the same amount of calories with light choices and 100 cal. snacks or having my breakfast be bigger than lunch and dinner because that's your fuel to start your day off. And it doesn't look like you're eating anything of real fill-you-up substance. Maybe eat…

The first time was when I would eat a whole bag of miniature sized peanut butter cups in one sitting almost every night. That was before I lost the 100 lbs. The second time which was recently was when someone I used to work with almost a year ago told me twice in the same conversation that I was gaining weight.

I had an extra half a serving of homemade lasagna last night and it was heaven.

I remember having a bunch of jeans and shirts that I wanted to wear so badly but stashed away for when I was thinner. Then I lost 50 lbs and decided to go through them... yeah everything was WAY too big. I was happy but a little sad too.. all those clothes wasted!

When I was doing pushups and lifting heavy stuff at my old job all the time my arms started to firm up but the "batwings" never truly went away. I agree that it probably has something to do with genetics and all that.

The little surprises with my body while losing weight. Seeing my collar bones, feeling my ribs, having a smaller booty, catching a glimpse of myself in a reflection.. lots of little things. Craving healthier foods and exercise. Inspiration and encouragement. The way my boyfriend looks at me :smile:
