Healthy choice cafe steamers run around 300-350 calories for most and are delicious and filling. Not sure about the sodium though.

It could be that you're not eating enough (can't see your diary) or your body isn't used to it yet. I used to get severe migraines that would make me sick to my stomach when I started eating healthier the first time I lost weight. I hope you feel better soon!

I give myself Saturdays to cheat. Sometimes I'll log but most of the time not and I won't go way over. I keep a mental tally so I know when it's getting out of control. The only time I don't care is my birthday, thanksgiving, Christmas, anniversary, etc.

When it would be my monthly time I would eat a whole bag of miniature peanut butter cups and drink a large glass or two of 2% milk. In one sitting. Now I'll just grab a sugar free chocolate pudding and drink some hot cocoa that is also low in calories and I will be satisfied.

Mine today was 2,318. Normal is 1800 or less a day. I'm starting to think having the weekends off are a bad idea. I don't go way overboard but it's hard to get back on track.
