I'm in!! My current weight is anywhere from 120-130 (terrified to weigh myself). I want to get down to 110. I'm trying to exercise at least 5 days a week for at least an hour and also eat under 1600 calories. :)

i was on similar medications for depression/anxiety/ADHD and they made me gain SO much weight... ultimately I decided to stop taking them all together because the weight gain was making my depression and anxiety worse... i feel 100 times better!!

p90x ab ripper x -- best ab workout tape i've found (i've tried a TON)... its only around 15 minutes and the day after your abs KILLL.. i love it and highly suggest it :)
