OP- did you adjust the intensity level? It's always defaults to 'easy'. I generally adjust mine to 'moderate' for most workouts I time.

I just bought "Rogues", an anthology written by Neil Gaiman, Patrick Rothfuss, and a bunch of others. Edited by George RR Martin. Haven't gotten to start it yet, but it looks really good.

I have a jawbone up24, and I've been loving it. When you do an exercise that isn't walking, you simply press a button when you start lifting (or doing yoga, or what have you) and press a button when you stop. In the App, you then tell it what you were doing and at what intensity. Voila. This one also tracks your sleep…

Prelogging my day goes a long way to help me say 'no' to treats. If it isn't in my budget, or I know what I'm cutting later to make it fit, helps keep me on track. If I have a cookie now, but it means I can't have my icecream later, I'll skip the cookie.
