And Never do it for someone but yourself because at the long run, you will realize you don't want to do it for that someone anymore. I'm 5"10. I weighed about 270 until I got serious with this website and workouts. I lost nearly 10lbs this month. My meter says 4 lbs. lost because I was 265 December and I gained weight during summer and It wouldn't let me change it to 270 on the meter so I just left it. But I lost about 10 lbs.

This was me in 2010 and 2012 and I haven't thought of trying to lose weight until this year. I started going to gym 3 - 4 times a week and started counting my calories here in MFP . So far this is my progress :) Enjoy
