  • I have a microwave porridge - takes 2 minutes - lots of flavours. I use skimmed milk and then throw in some blueberries or other yummy fruit to make it go further. It's under 200 calories, is really good for me and my colon thanks me every day!!

  • i weigh most days. I find it really helps - the scale going up 0.5 lbs makes me determined not to let it go higher, and if it stays the same or goes down a tiny bit, I feel absolutely great. I know it's not recommended - but a daily weight is good for my brain!
