This probably sounds weird, but I have more energy around the house & now I'm more motivated to keep it straightened up. I even do more yard work. I feel like cleaning out drawers & changing up the decor a little.

My weight stayed the same this week. :grumble: BUT I worked out 4 days so far & I've been doing good in my food choices, so it may take a few more days to show up. My goal is 20 pounds down by June. It's doable. How about the rest of you?
