  • That bugs me too. I'm wearing clothes right now that vary from 16 to 24! I have a few blouses that still don't fit that are size 20. :grumble: I have old clothes in my closet that didn't fit for a long time so I'm recycling them, trying to wear them out until I reach my goal & can buy new stuff. It's annoying.

  • I didn't lose any weight this week, but I met all my exercise goals & my food goals every day but Tuesday. I just walked in a 5K cancer benefit race. :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
  • So far so good. I wasn't able to get in all my workouts this week, but I donated blood yesterday on the way home from work. Tonight I did my 4 mile walk. Saturday is a cancer benefit 5K! I'm excited.
  • You'll do fine if you want to! :wink: You've had some good advice here. Just stick to it! Stay away from gravy, fried foods, gobs of dressing,butter, canned sugary fruit & desserts. Talk a lot. Drink a lot of water. You can do it! :bigsmile:

  • We can buy a small salad at school, but I think it's really over priced. My hubby grills chicken breasts for me on the weekend when we're cooking anyway. Then I cut up raw veggies so that each day I take celery, cukes, red pepper slices & chicken. I usually eat it cold, but you could heat up the chicken if you want.…

  • Fridays are good for me. :flowerforyou: One flower for me! I logged my food, burned 800 calories, 20 push ups & 100 sit ups! wahooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!
  • I was curious about running/jogging, too. So during my regular walk, I started by jogging for 30 seconds at a time, then walked fast the rest of the time. I was amazed at how i was able to increase the jogging spells. Have fun!
