question for us old fogies
Whatever happened to the old exercises like the fire hydrant & sit ups & stuff like that? Is there something wrong with doing those old style exercises? You never hear about them very often any more.

nutrition label confusion
Today I was reading a 1 oz. bag of Multi Grain Sun Chips. On the front it says "18g whole grain" but on the nutrition label it says 2g fiber..... So what's the deal here? Is it just purposefully confusing? http://www.fritolay.com/our-snacks/sunchips-original.html

broken scale?
How do you know if your scale isn't working any more??? Our Tanisha (or something like that) has been great for several years, but now gives completely different weights if you get back on within a minute. Do scales just wear out?

I broke through!

I left the sodium allowance at 2500 that MFP recommends. Does it seem high to you? I rarely hit it, even when I seem to be retaining water... where do you set your sodium?

How long does it take for a glitch to become a plateau?
