nutrition label confusion

Today I was reading a 1 oz. bag of Multi Grain Sun Chips.
On the front it says "18g whole grain"
but on the nutrition label it says 2g fiber.....
So what's the deal here? Is it just purposefully confusing?

Yes, they put whole grain on the package so that you will think that it's "healthy". Search online for better information on this. Whole grain doesn't always mean better. I recently bought some ritz crackers and I was buying the whole grain ones because I felt that they must be better. Well, come to find out, the reduced calorie ones had less calories AND more fiber.0
