I gave up soda, sugar, and fried foods. I rarely snack and if I do it is something good. Exercise is important. Even if it is 3-10 minute walks a day, anything to get you more active then you used to be. My weight now is the lowest I have been since Jr High. Good luck, you can do this!

Do you see a dietician? That would be a good thing. They will be able to tell you what to set your calories, fat, carbs, etc too. My dietician put me on 1200 calories a day. You are welcomed to look at my diary and see what I eat. I eat lots of veggies and meats, and low fat stuff.
