I don't cheat as such, I just occasionally go over my calorie allowance for the day. But its no biggie, I am a work in progress, so its bound to happen now and again :smile:

I guess if I had to specify, I would like to end up as a comfortable size 10 (uk) . But in any case, getting thin isn't what I am here for, as long as I get to a healthy weight and learn to be comfortable in my own skin, size is immaterial to me :smile:

There are plenty of low-calorie pancake recipes on this site, maybe you could make up a big batch at the weekend and freeze them in individual portions in freezer bags. I was shocked by how many calories are in candy! Im a sucker for gummy sweets like Haribo and can easily polish off a whole bag in one sitting but then found out the whole bag contains around 500 calories :noway: so now I always measure them out
