I always have a box or two of frozen berries in the freezer (usually blueberries and raspberries) which I like to stew with a little sweetener and swirl through my porridge ☺ I sometimes add some fat free vanilla yogurt too to cut through the tartness of the berries! Mmm I want porridge now

I agree with everyone who says eggs :) you can make scrambled eggs in the microwave and pop on some toast ( whatever kind you see fit) and voila! quick, easy and tasty :D or if you have enough calories to spare maybe some peanut butter and banana on toast x

I am always single on valentines day :ohwell: So every year I bake a huge tin of heart shaped cookies or other valentine themed goody and take into work for all my colleagues! This year I am making pink strawberry cupcakes, decorated with pink frosting and strawberry jelly hearts :flowerforyou:

I tend to count glasses of squash as water. I use no added sugar squash and include it in my calorie allowance ( its like 2 calories a glass), but it is basically a glass of water with added flavour, so I always include it in my water count too. but anything else I wouldn't count as water :smile: I would just include it in…

I made an apple pie version of these! I added a small grated apple and half a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter and served them with just a tiny bit of maple syrup. Yummers :happy:

Damn right it is! I would much rather save some calories back for a real piece of yummy cake with frosting rather than eat that chemical sh*tstorm that some would call "cake". Sorry guys, no offense if you like this kind of thing, but its not for me :smile:
