One bad day can ruin a weeks worth of work. Try having a cheat meal but go to the gym afterwards.I went to the movies last week had pop and candy , spent 2 hrs in the gym working it off. Ive managed to do 14 in 34 days with camping for a week. I dont really deprive myself but if i do bad, i pay for it with sweat

The wifes gym will come get her if they cant stop the child from crying after 15 minutes. IMO you should start at home, practice leaving him with your husband, then family and friends build up the duration. Then do the same thing at the gym 5 then 10 etc.

I weigh in before eating for the day. I have seen a weight gain of 4lbs during the day ( from random checking of the scale ) . Its not so much your weight as your weight loss you are trying to track. So do it first thing in the morning and your results will be more consistent.

Add in some weights. You can lose more just doing straight cardio, but you will look better adding in weights I spend about 50/50 time wise between weights and cardio.

I went to Quiznos and got my favourite sub as a treat, should have researched it first. 1300 calories... I nearly threw up in my mouth.

I know what you man when you say beer is counter productive I have rugby once a week and its actually considered an insult not to drink. I dont lose weight on the weekend but lose 2-4 during the week. Congrats on losing so much!

when I used to be in great shape I worked out everday sometimes twice a day. You can do cardio 7x a week. If you do strength training you just need to make sure your muscles have notenderness or you risk injury.

Youve got to be able to keep something in your pocket you can pick at. Id suggest a cereal bar, nuts ... something that doesn't melt lol.

88 is unrealistic, 30 over 2 monthsis attainable. You will gain self esteem with each lb you lose. Do it the healthy sustainable way. Good luck!

I have the same problem, its not pins and needles but burning as you describe. What I found best to do is take a break of at least 5 mins .... I go right to the stationary bike and make sure I am using just my heels to peddle. This allows me to go on again. Mine start to really burn about the 20 min mark.

Weigh yourself first thing in the morning. I agree its kinda like cheating but it will give you the most consistentency on your weight. I weigh myself a couple times a day just because it has become a habit but since I started here I only count the one in the morning towards my weight loss.
