  • Come to think of it I think a lot of my weight lies in my face. :(
  • thank you :)
  • I have a very irregular eating pattern. I can eat any of my three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at any time. Sometimes admittedly I do eat dinner far too late. But the recommendation of not eating after 6pm, does not work for me. I am a night owl who often stays up until at least 1-2am. I get very hungry if the…
  • I am from Nottingham :) Anyone who would like to add me, feel free!
  • Thank you :)
  • Just to round things off - To all of those who are happy with their choices of what to do with their own body, good. It is always lovely to 'virtually meet' people who have the same interests and beliefs as you, if any of you would like to add me, please do feel free. To those of you who expressed your opinions against…
  • Buy a book on tattoo history. Read it. Come back when I am likely to consider giving a hopefully more educated comment a second thought.
  • There is a difference between what is popular within the media industry and makes money, to what has been around, and been popular, for centuries. Jesus, do you have any common sense?! They are fairly easy to distinguish between.
  • And in return don't be a hypocrite. I responded to the part of his comment that was relevant. You were presumptuous and claim I responded to the entire comment without reading. No. I commented back at the part I felt I had a right to counter. Also - Please, if you want to be a keyboard warrior and call me names remember…
  • You are showing again how very little you know. Yes, tattooing and body modification is more in the public eye. That does not however mean it is more trendy nor that people are jumping on the band wagon. You are claiming that 30 years ago tattoos were not common - Being unaware of something, does not make it common. I…
  • Tattoo programmes which have only come about the past couple of years VS tattoos for Centuries... Use your common knowledge/sense please.
  • I actually feel very embarrassed for the people making these negative comments because it could not be more obvious how very little (in fact, nothing) they know about body modification. The term 'face palm' springs to mind.
  • Oh dear. I must be dreaming the fact that I am studying a Psychology degree to become a forensic Psychologist earning no less than £69,000 a year.... Silly me. After all, I must be incredibly stupid seeing as I have tattoos =/
  • A 'tramp stamp' is a tattoo most commonly got by girls, at the bottom of their back/spine. Usually a tribal design. xo
  • I completely disagree with this. If you want to get to the roots of tattooing, I suggest you do a little bit of research.... Tattooing has been around for centuries, and it did not start with bikers or people in jail. And I would adore to know how I follow a crowd.... I am, out of every one I know, the least person to…
  • Always nasty? Wow. You must have seen some shocking tattoos? Because if you actually looked into the tattoo industry and some of the artists out there, you would retract that comment with up-most apologies. Get worse over time? Our bodies, whether we like it or not, degenerate over time. It's natural. If a tattoo is done…
  • It's spelt *tattoos This is a very odd subject to be bringing about on a weight loss website, isn't it? Particularly in a negative sense? My name is pretty self explanatory - I am the tattooed tea lady. Why? Because I love tea, and I have plenty of tattoos! "Our bodies are a canvas, use them wisely with no regrets". It is…
  • It is important to eat breakfast. There are unfortunately, no two ways about it. Regardless of how long it is until your body goes into starvation mode. If you skip breakfast your body starts to eat the fats. But then when you do eat, it goes straight to fat to replace the lost fat from skipping a meal.
  • JD Wetherspoons big breakfast *hides*
  • Definitely :) I'm from the UK. Go to gigs a lot, and festivals; Download and Sonisphere. If anyone wants to add me please feel free :)
  • It does get better. It's just all about getting used to the whole MFP 'plan', sticking to it, experimenting and determination. But it gets easier! If you would like to, you can add me as a friend. The more support every one has, the better!
  • If I really go over one day, I will try harder the next day to watch every last calorie.
  • Welcome to MFP :) You CAN do it! We all can! Add me as a friend if you like xo
  • Hi Katie! I used to do Weight Watchers too! I managed to lose 3stone on it at one point but then it all went back on! I decided to leave Weight Watchers as my leader was more bothered about making numbers and money than the members, I felt! So I joined this! Feel free to add me if you like :) And that goes for anyone else…
  • Hi :) I am from the UK, Nottingham to be precise! Aiming to lose 4st! So far lost 3lbs in 5 days! Feel free to add me :) That goes for anyone else, too! Always happy to make new friends on here!
  • Will add the rest of you that I haven't already added in a minute or two. Apparently you can only add a certain amount of people every ten minutes. So bare with me :)
  • Thanks every one :) I've added you all!
  • You're second picture is so, so pretty! :) 9 (I never rate anything 10, ever, because as my favourite quote goes, 'satisfaction is the death of desire', and we all need that desire to do well)
  • Yay! Great to see there ARE some UK members out there somewhere! :)
