I love the idea of the "Crap" board!! We all know when we've been "bad"...we've either gone over our daily calories or didn't exercise. Running the "nutrition" and "exercise" reports will show you just how bad you were :sad: It's like a slap in the face! But, it's also a reminder that you have a "do-over" the next day…

Ritz crackers and Peter Pan whipped low sugar peanut butter...actually, I had 5 crackers last night for dinner before my Special K cinnamon pecan cereal w/blueberries. I think the Peter Pan on crackers will be on my lunch menu :wink: Good source of protein, too.
