I LOVE Greek Yogurt!! When I first tried it, I had bought a no name brand and it was discusting and I thought I would never eat it again and then I found Danone Oikos Greek Yogurt with blueberries on the bottom...so creamy and smooth, before you give up Greek Yogurt you need to try this one ;)

So it says extreme weight loss is 1592. When I first started MFP I set my MFP to 1200 calories for weight loss. Does this mean that I am not eating enough? I am so confused :(

MFP says I should be eating 1200 calories, but I was scared that was too little so I manually moved it to 1300.

That is what I wondered. I have tried all of those weight loss shakes and such and yeah I lost weight but when you don't want to take it anymore, your weight just sky rockets higher than it was before. I say eat healthy food and change your eating lifestyle, sure it may take longer but you will be farther ahead in the long…
