Yes I know I can eat carbs and I DO!!! Sorry I should have said this in my previous post. I am just trying to stick within my daily limit and would rather not go over on my carbs. I have read too many different sites and now I am so confused, plus I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror today and I'm so down and out. Hoping someone can help me. Definitely keep at it!! The first three to four days are killer, but you can do this!! I wanted to quit so bad but I pushed through it and now I am on level 2 and going strong! Go at your own pace, but just keep going!!

Had tried it but it just didn't make me feel normal, slept ALL the time and was so hard to get off of and I found it very expensive. I chose different options because of these things.
