Just making sure...
I just want to make sure I am going about this in the right way. My weight was approx 203 when I started last week and I am consuming 1300 calories. Is this enough to lose weight? I don't want to put myself into starvation. I do work out and I make sure and consume the extra calories I am allotted so I am not under 1300.…

Total Protein -56?
What does this mean, I calculated my total for the day and it says I am -56 for my protein total of 1200 calories. Sorry if this sounds stupid, but does this mean I have eaten too much protein for the day? Should I be eating a lot mor vegetables? This is confusing me for some reason. Please any help would be appreciated!!

Herbal tea count as water consumed?
Just curious, we are suppose to consume 8-10 glasses of water a day. At the moment I have a bad sore throat so I am drinking a lot of herbal tea. Does the tea count for "glasses of water"?
