Who eat, work out and will support me through this journey as I will do for them. Right now I have two great friends who give me support on a daily basis and others who comment on my progress maybe once a month, but I need more and would really love to have some more friends with words of encouragement. I started the EMTWL approx. five days ago now and I feel AMAZING! I have so much more energy and I don't want to shove people through a wall because I am hungry haha. Anyone want another friend?
