I can't say if the fat burning pills work or not. Their marketing does though because people are constantly buying them at very high prices.

I am adding more to my exercise plan after discovering Peanut Butter Pop Tarts. Exercise makes weight loss easier and I get to eat foods Dr Oz says I shouldn't.

I've been doing it for about a week now and have not noticed a decreace in energy and have lost almost 2 pounds. I am doing a 16/8 but I eat from 7-3 since I wake up at 4 to start my day. I have not had a problem with it so far.

ask your Doctor about a Tens unit, and see what she/he says about using it after your work out. It is basicly a electric stimulation machine. Where work we regularly suggest these to patients.

Ok. then I would suggest going to your Doctor and see if he or she can refer you to a Nutritionist. I have seen this work for quite a few people. A lot of Anti-Depressants can contribute to weight gain. I would think if you were to use MFP with a sensable caloric deficit you would see a difference.

I can't speak to your individual case but the Doctor I work with has prescribed Phentermine to patients taking certain anti-depressants. Just be honest and straight forward with your Doctor and show him/her some sort of a reasonable plan for weight loss.

I stopped taking it a little while ago. I have noticed a definite increase in my appetite but I have been able to control it.
