I was camp nurse at camp for several years. You will be super active. Food was only put out 3 times an day and snack at fireside, so no snacking. Don't worry about it. Watch your portions and select more healthier portions. Have a great time!

Thanks for posting. It is slow and steady that wins the race. Everyday is a struggle but taking it one day at a time it get easier. Great attitude, good luck on your maintenance. Hope to get there but still have about 60 lbs to lose

open your diary and you will get more specific responses. When I went through this phase I found eating more protein helped. Do you drink your water? I find this helps as well as getting up and doing something else to occupy my mind. If I'm still hungry then I'll eat a protein.

You will find that eating a protein will help satisfy your hunger and give your body what it needs. Yogurt, cottage cheese peanut butter. Just allow for the calories

cant remember what it stand for specific but it makes it so you can see the posting on my thread. I bump a lot of the recipes so I can go back and get them

I started on 1200 calories when I started sept 2011. Stuck to it most days.

Great video, thanks for sharing

went out for lunch craving a burger. My friend split one with me. Craving satisfied...half the calories.

amazing, great job

Congrats on staying focused with your family. I'm proud that I did a full hour at the gym today and stuck to healthy food choices.

Depends what you have your calories set at? For the most part 1 or 2 days below won't hurt, unless you are waking up starving and lose control the next day. You want to make sure you are feeding your body
-
wow, fantastic.
-
Why put a chemical into your body when you can get results by eating right and exercising and taking your time. Expecting instant results by using weight loss gimmicks will give you results but rarely lasting ones.
-
wow, you look great

It can be whichever one you want as long as it helps you be active and make good choices. If it makes you depressed and want to burrow your head in the sand get rid of it. You can keep adding pictures as you are successful to help keep you motivated.

this happened once to me for the Batman ride a park in california, cant remember which one. Waited 2 hour for my turn. Have to say the ride attendance were very nice and I got free pass to the Viper (fantastic ride) as compensation. So while I was embarrassed it turned out okay.

This was a NSV for me as well. I can walk down the aisle frontal instead of side step. It was a great feeling as I fly regularly! I can take a smaller suitcase as well as my clothes are smaller an they take up less space

I recently bought some balsamic vinegar and was looking for something to do with it. I ended up cutting up a bunch of veggies (zucchini, onion, mini bell peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes) and marinating them with lemon juice, balsamic and a touch of olive oil. I sauteed them, then added a bit of feta and they made…

Bump. Have always microwaved and eaten with butter. But these sound really good as well.

I know 4lbs is not a huge number. It is a HUGE number. Release away..let it float away. Congratulations enjoy the pat on the back. (Adding mine).

Started this healthy lifestyle at 296 Sept 2011. My max high was 309 ( makes me sick when I think of that number). Now 220 or 222 cant remember which as I'm yoyoing right now. You can be successful too as you can see by all the post you have gotten. Just take it one day at a time, one second if you have to.

congratulations, you look great
