  • So, I meant to ask this the other day and since we have this thread going, this seemed the time. :-) so, what is your sugar substitute of choice and why? I've seen a lot of stevia and truvia on food diaries, but no splenda.. Just wondering why. ( I don't add any of it at this point anyway, just curious.)
  • I sure hope so! I got up before my alarm this morning and feel totally fine. I usually dread this time of year but I'm actually looking forward to having more light in the evening so I can go walking with my little guy.

  • I could use some friends on Low Carb diets. I've been doing Atkins for about 2 months now, and have lost 25 lbs, but things are starting to slow down.
  • I eat a lot of chicken breast with broccoli and ask them to add cheese and avocado to it. Places like Buffalo Wild Wings, Denny's, etc. Most places usually have these things on hand. Then they just have to figure out what to charge you :)
  • made a veggie lasagna with it. Layer peeled and thinly sliced zucchini with ground turkey (seasoned with Italian seasoning) low or nonfat cottage cheese spaghetti sauce of your choice.
