I"m 5'4 and my goal is 128 but, i'd be happy about 130-135 as a start. I'm about 151 right now, but my body fat is about 31% which isn't bad for that weight. I want to be at 27% eventually or lower.

I can't eat yougurt or milk that isn't whole. I rarely drink milk at all. I don't like mushy veggies and I don't like meat this isn't cook completely. I was 107 in high school I weight about 150 now. My goal is 130 but i seem to be stuck at 150 but my body fat is going down, so i am not too worried. My kids are tiny. My daughter is 6 and weight 36 lbs my son is 8 and weight 45 lbs. My daughter is also kind of short. While my son is about 4'3. He's going to be taller then me.

I got a 51. I was working with my therapist on trying to feel better about myself but she left so not so much anymore.

My husband and me meet when we were 18 and we married less then a year later. We've been married for 10 years in Jun. He said he knew I was the one he wanted to married when he first saw me. :D I knew there was something special about him the first time I meet him.

Female Age: 28 5'4 Highest weight: 165 Current weight 154 Goal weight: 128 Lowest weight 107 Was on meds that put me from 128 to 155 in 45 days. Lots of med changes and more weight gain but i"m slowly loosing it. Quite all meds and that was the start of the lose.

First it was lazy then I lost a bunch of weight and was doing good Then deployment caused me issues which lead to. Regretting things can be very hard.
