I made this for lunch and it was great I think next time I'll use half of the pasta and use sliced zucchini or I might use rice noodles instead, I think I could easily cook up a bunch for work lunches. Thanks for the recipe ????

ok so you go by the timeline. I thought because people do their full tdde for different amounts of time before they start there cut that maybe there were some symptoms your body shows to indicate your metabolism has reset and is ready for the cut.
-
hi all, just a quick question, when do you know when to start the cut if you've been eating at tdee. my weights stayed the same for a couple of weeks now and i'm thinking at the end of next week i might start the 15% cut. any thoughts?
-
Hey everyone just looking for some advice should i do a metabolism reset? i've net above my bmr since end of march, i uppped my calories to 2000 at the beginning of may went down to 1900 two weeks later but i'm just upped them again to around 2100 since if i'm moderately active this is my 15% cut from the scooby workshop…
-
thanks for your post that was so informative, i'm just looking for some advice of my activity level i think i might be moderate and i'm wondering if anyone agrees, about me: i do 12 hours a week in a restaurant, sometimes on my feet sometimes sitting it varies depending on the day and time, i also go to uni two days a week…
-
just wondering how people are going with this method?
-
anyone feel free to add me as well i'm here most days

has anyone tried this method using the sedentary number and eating back exercise calories? therefore NETTING the sedentary number. Does it still work? Just wondering as I would like a set number and eat back my calories if I'm able to get excercise in (normally I do but sometimes life happens and its not possible). I have…
-
you have similar figures to me, because i want a program where i have the option to exercise because I want to and not be forced to I'm going to try and NET the sedentary figure of 1798 since i have a HRM so i know what calories to eat back. my sedentary number is still a couple of hundred above my bmr. remember those…

Hi all, I am a big beliver in eating at your bmr, originally mfp gave me approximately 1400 and my bmr is 1560 so once I started eating my bmr I felt better and the weight came off easier. I'm just curious when everyone said they upped their calories was there a specfic formula they used i.e. bmr + exercise calories =…
-
thanks that makes sense, mfp says that my bmr is 1565 so if i were to eat that plus my exercise of 350 a day that's a lot of calories to eat very overwhelming.
-
thanks that's what made most sense to me, probably explains why i haven't been that successful with the weight i haven't been eating enough, 5 foot 6 and 82 kg there's definitely weight there to come off. so now it appears i'm in the same boat as you which calulator to use?
-
because i spend most of my day at a desk i choose the sedentary number and i'll eat back any exercise calories, not sure if i'm doing it right or not but i'll play around with mine until i figure out whats right for me. sorry if I'm not very helpful, if anyone thinks i'm completely wrong please feel free to tell me.
-
sorry i seemed to hijack your thread, i've heard that a few people on this website use this: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ hope that helps
-
I'm also curious about this, my bmr is 1565 but my tdee - 500 calories, to loose one pound a week, is 1378 and i've heard your not to eat below your bmr so i'm stuck as to which figure to stick with.
-
I'm in a similar boat too, i've played around with the figures on other websites and i've added in some more calories and trying to only eat half my exercise calories i'm not hungry enough to eat all of them. this is week three for me so hopefully i'll start seeing results soon. feel free to add me as a friend and my diary…
-
I'm 168cm, you might have something there with upping the calories, i found before i started this and i ate whatever i wanted i actually dropped a kg without even trying, so i might try that of course this time i'll eat healthier food than the burger at hj's to do it :)
-
that was my understanding too, i try to net 1200 calories, so if i exercise that day and burn off 350 calories i have and extra 350 calories for food, but maybe i should mix up my food so my body doesn't get too bored with the same thing every day it does look rather routine when i look back on it. thanks for all the help…
