You look phenominal!! Thats 50 pounds? It looks like so much more, i agree with another poster, it doesnt look like you have 49 more pounds of fat to come off! great job =)

ill go down top sizes a lot, but the weight likes to stay on my lower half and it takes much more weight for me to drop a jean size

I use land o lakes butter with canola oil, just what i was brought up on. i think it has half the calories as stick butter

This. If you are actually burning 900 cals a day, and you said that you upped your calorie intake to 2000, that is still a net of 1100. Which would be fine, if you were like 4'10'' and 100 pounds...but i doubt you are. You are feeling hungry because you are. You should listen to your body.

this. strength training wont really remove too much fat, though I believe it is an important part of fitness you get a flat stomach with a caloric deficit. (also, you cant spot reduce, the fat will come off from all over, including your tummy!) Good luck!

Your day sounds kinda like mine, im in child care, on my feet while im working. I work 5 days a week, about 5 hours a day, but not doing anything too physically demanding. I have mine set to lightly active. I enter in my workouts separately and eat back most of my calories back. I have been pretty succesful with this.

bump. sounds so good! thanks for sharing!

163 pounds in a year!!?? Thats incredible!!! Truely an inspiration

I like to drink water first thing in the morning, but usually only 8-16 oz. I find im a little dehyrated every morning so thats why I do it

sauteed with a drizzle of olive oil and garlic.

unfortunately you cant spot reduce. Just keep a caloric deficit and eventually the weight will come off from your hips.
-
bump. I'd love to do this!

I could never survive on 1200 cals. That would make me want to binge eat too. Which I have a serious history with. I have a pretty high calorie goal, but well below my total daily expenditure, That way I'm never hungry. I have my cals set to about 1600, but i exercise so i usually eat around 2000 + calories a day. I'm…

I need my coffee as well! I know its not the best option, but i use equal as a sweetner, its the best tasting ive found, and i switched from creamer to milk. Less calories and a bit more nutritional value. One cup ends up being about 30-40 cals. Not bad for my needed coffee fix =)

I think if the exercise is 'easy' its not really exercise. However that doesnt mean you have to hate doing it! Find an activity that you enjoy and look forward to.

I used them to lose weight a few years ago. I lost about 30 pounds and stopped losing cause i never learned how to eat properly. I stopped taking the pills, gained the lost weight back, plus 40 more pounds. I dont recommend them

my butt is jiggling a lot now too. i feel ya. maybe go a size smaller in the compression shorts? I use spandex like bike shorts and they work great. I wear looser fitting pants over top so noone has to look at that.... Also squats and lunges in the meantime as everyone suggested!

Everyone has to start somewhere. And maybe a few will stick it out.

You are on your honeymoon. Just enjoy it. And burn any of those excess calories off in the bedroom =)

I have already gone from a DD to a C cup and it seemed to me that they look even perkier if anything, they dont have all that extra weight pulling them down. I have been told that losing weight slow and that drinking tons of water is good, and i believe i read that you are young, so your skin should be plenty elastic still!

I am on my first time through of c25k and when i complete it i was thinking about doing it over again, but for speed.
