  • I am lucky if I plateau. Normally I will gain like 5-7 pounds... However, after its all done, that weight is gone again sometimes with extra! Darn water retention.

  • I found it kindof boring and really repetitive. Doing the same workout each day... I couldnt make it past day 5, I had to find something else. That being said, I know a ton of people love that workout.

  • I live in a pretty small house and the only room I have to workout inside is next to my wood stove. Needless to say I sweat buckets! However when I am in the gym or run outside in this weather - no sweat or hardly any. So I think temperature has a lot to do with it. Also some people just don't sweat that much.

  • I did at first, I found myself angry and cranky a lot. However that was because I was restricting my calories too much. I upped my calories to a more modest deficit and have felt much better since.

  • I weigh 250 and I can do a lunge. I hate them and they hurt, but oh so good for building strength in your quads and glutes.   • Yea i think both of those numbers are too low. my calorie goal is at 1600. But i make sure i do some sort of physical activity every day, whether that be busting my butt in the gym or a leisurely walk with the dogs, and I always eat my calories back.
