Hello from WV

My name is Lois and I am from WV. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. This summer I ha surgery and still can't exercise. So sitting mostly at home all I have done is gain weight. Instead of cooking dinner we would go out. If anyone knows how to eat healthy it is me and I broke all rules. I guess I was just down because I was so restricted. Today is my first day to getting back healthy and get the weight off. I could sure use some motivation or a friend to help along. Have a blessed day....Lois
