my nike + screen name is strangesan. I calibrated mine for my running speed tonight. It seemed to be pretty close. I really think I am going to like this a lot. It helps that I have some good shoes too now. I had a pair of new balance before and the they had no support. I could feel the pavement!! haha

OK so i had my bday yesterday and I got new running shoes and the Nike plus system. I used it for the first time last night and i love it so far. :) I was wondering if there are still any my fitness pal challenges/teams on the nike plus website. I am so excited

Is it difficult to calibrate the sensor? I have the ipod already. I was thinking about asking for the Nike + shoes for my bday and the sensor. I didn't realize you could buy a clip to put the sensor in any shoes though. I do need new running shoes. I was wondering how it tracked calories as well. Does it come with software…

I'd like to join too. I had been doing this program since late january and slacked off/keep repeating week 5. I started week 6 day one tonight. Having to be accountable would really help out!! :indifferent:

I always just mash up avacado and add a little light sour cream (maybe 2 tblsp) lemon juice, salt pepper, and a little sugar ---

I made mine with Worcestershire sauce and put some onions and spinach in a food processor and mixed that in----with a small amount of bread crumbs. And then stuffed mine with 1/2 of a laughing cow garlic and herb cheese wedge (only 35 calories a piece) Those were pretty good

That sounds really good. I'll have to try it.... mmmm

I have started a program called the couch to 5k running program where you gradually run more each week. I found a great podcast that actually plays music while a trainer tells you when to run and then when to slow down to a walk. I am on week 5 and I am loving it. Its a 9 week program. I started out getting out of breath…
