So, I've been getting crafty with the things in my fridge lately & have discovered my new most favorite food ever!!

Artschoolgirl's mushroom/spinach/cranberry/mmmmm pita!
I whole wheat pita
Spinach
Portobello Mushroom
Light Greek/Feta dressing
Dried Cranberries
Soy Sauce

Place slices of portobello mushroom in a pan and splash a little soy sauce on them until they suck up all the juices. Stuff tons of spinach & a small handful of dried cranberries in pita bread while mushrooms are cooking. Once done, place slices delicately in pita on spinach & cranberries & lightly drizzle the greek/feta dressing on top. Roll, enjoy!!

I find myself eating these for lunch & dinner!
