Does it hurt to walk? Or ride a bike, those seem to be the easiest for me to do, although i dont have diabetes, but....low impact and peaceful....wanting to do more is a big struggle!

Wow this happens to me minus the vomiting with 30ds, and insanity is way more intense! My husband says they need a discaimer on insanity for this reason! Be careful!

It happened to me before with weight loss not this time tho, and it happened to my mom! I do suggest a multi, i take one every day! I have to admit dieting is stress on the body when it isnt use to it, i would think anyways! So that could be why to! But def need a multi for make up of vitamins u may be loosing!!

Did 6w6p today i think imma try to do it every other day alternating with 30ds and bike riding! I do not like eating 1500 calories what so ever! Its really bothering me and i feel so fat atm bloated as heck! Grrrr

Dont throw in the towel, if u r doing everything correctly it should come off eventually! When i gain honestly its usually water or just need to take a good poo! Lol! Drink plenty of wAter! How are ur calories, maybe u need to come down or not eat back all ur calories from workout! Lower ur fats as well if they r not good…

I start with some jogging around my living room or jumping jacks while she talks so i log in 30 mins! I do count the warm up and cool down!

I have the hardest time doing side planks i actually gave up and just do regular planks and twist my foot side to side, like level two on 30ds! Works for me!

Thank u both! Thats a good idea about the nuts and alvacado! They do have alot fo calories for how small they r yet Re good for u! I do eat 6 times a day about every 2-3 hrs! Roughly 150-300cals each time! Sometimes 400 for dinner! I drink a gallon of water a day, minus my bike ride i mix up work out dvds! The working out…
