Ok so this is what confuses me....i do 30 day shred by jullian michaels and am sweating horrid, can bearly breathe, and am light headed for 30 mins, or ride my bike and bearly break a sweat for 30 mins and MFP claims i burned the same amount of calories. Worried about long term upping cals

What do u do when u lose some weight and u log it cause ur so excited, then the next day it goes right back up again and doesnt go back down for some time. Do u log it with the gain too?

Is it better to workout back to back or break it up?
If u plan on working out about 60-80 mins a day, do u burn more calories doing it all at once? Do u burn the same splitting it up?
