Is it better to workout back to back or break it up?

                    If u plan on working out about 60-80 mins a day, do u burn more calories doing it all at once? Do u burn the same splitting it up? I usually split mine up, and yesterday i did it back to back and got queezy, so gonna split them back up again, but wondered which is the most effective or if its just about the same? Thanks for any imput!
