I suffer from schizoaffective disorder, which is a combo of schizophrenia and bipolar! My doctor says i should be working out 30 mins a day! So eventally after losing 95 lbs, i took her up on this. I have to be the most laziest person alive, for my illness and meds keep me tired...so needless to say i started with bike riding...then i started jillian michaels 30 day shred. It was hard to do at first. I maybe did 3 days of excersise a week till the last month( i started in december) now i cant get enough...i do 5-6 days and an hrs worth at least a day! The dvds by jillian or c25k or riding a bike! And i just love how i feel. Its addicting! I feel so much better! Take it from me, excersise DOES help the mentally ill! Well at least it helped me! :flowerforyou: So im down 95 lbs havent lost anything in 2 months, since started excersising, but i feel great, am way stronger, and i believe losing inches! just felt i should share my little success story!
