I have decided to up my cals, after eating low fat small portion probably 1200 give or take diet, and losing 95 lbs that way! I joined my fitness pal in dec. and started tracking my calories. And also became encouraged to start excersising! In which i would work out 4-6 days a week and havent budged since i started working out and also was not eating my calories back.

So upon research i decided to eat back my excersise calories.

What i am worried about is if i ever stopped excersising ( because i am a all or none obsessive person) and became accustomed to eating so much then i would gain my weight back...i have gotten so use to eating little many meals throughout the day. Now to eat my cals back im eating alot more and as often.

I just dont wanna feel that starving feeling i was able to get rid of....and worked hard to get rid of. I dont even know if i make sense. I guess i feel like i shrunk my stomach and dont wanna expand it back out for the sake of excersise.... Im scared!!
