Did 30ds day idk level two! And my calorie burn was lower today! Waaaa!

No but i notice i burned just as many calories doing c25k for 30 mins as i do riding my bike for 50 mins which is 7.5 miles! I'd rather learn to run! Cause i will burn so much more! But riding my bike is sooo much easier and peaceful! In week four day one of c25k! And it was sooooo hard! Sigh! I didnt like it much!

Wow just did w4d1! It was not fun! Very hard to run five mins! But i did it! I think mondays are hard for me cause i do it in the evening! Whereas the other days r in the morning! Needless to say, i did it. But didnt like it! But am proud of myself! Still hope to be a runner one day, just hopefully at more pleasure then…

When i first started i was riding my bike or walking my dog! Then i seeninches come off, oh and i was only doing it a few days a week. So i got excited, and bought 6 week 6 pack and alternated those. Now i have 5 of her dvds total and do one a day for five days ! I also do c25k! And walk!

I do strawberrys and cottage cheese! Mmmm or chaboni pineapple 2% greek yogurt!

I dont include sugars in fruit or dairy as bad! Just real sugar or such!

Lol confusing hu! I did my calculations to and i was at 1446 without excersise to lose! I just do the MFP 1220 and eat back as much excersise cals as possible. And if i go over im ok with that!

Love me some cottage cheese! I personally like to add splenda and cinnomon..but any sweetner will work! And in the morning i have it with strawberrys!

Take measurementS! I didnt lose much weight but the inches came off and really encouraged me! Take a before picture...so u can have a before and after, thats always encouraging on here! And i logged it under circuit training until i got a HRM! It was pretty close to the HRM! Best to ya! Enjoy it!

I failed at level three too! Omg it was sooo hard! I went back to level two and bought some more of her dvds! Dont give up! Either keep trying level three to the best of your abilitys! Or redo level one and two as hard as u can! Or move onto another of her dvds! They r all awesome!

Just did level two for goodness knows how many times! But i didnt burn as many calories today! Waaaaa..... Owell maybe its time to do level three! Ugh. Tried that once, nearly died!

I used the same weights for all the levels! But i feel like im getting stronger so may need heavier ones! I dont do the tape as recomended i just do it whenever a few times a week...as well as her other dvds

Ya i did find those weeks wierd, just glad im not there yet! Soon tho! I hope i can do it, i really wanna be a runner! With the benefits of running too
