what weights do I need for 30 ds level 2?

hey guys,
I'm due to start level 2 of the 30 ds tomorrow. Not sure if I need to go and get some new (lighter) weights? I've been using 4kg (8.8lbs) for level 1 and got on ok with those weights apart from the side lunges with shoulder raises - after about 4 lunges I had to do one arm at a time.
What kind of stuff is in level 2? Should I go get some lighter weights for anything that might be hard for me or do you think I'll be ok with what I've been using?
Thanks in advance :-)

I'm no expert! I would be interested in people's answers. I am using 2kg weights and feel that maybe I should be using heavier, but I think probbly you just need to lift as heavy a weight as you can manage which it seems you have been doing. If I were you I would just try to build up slowly. You could do this by getting slightly lighter weights for the bits you can't manage , or by doing more reps each time with the weights you have.0

yeah I think I might get some smaller ones for the really hard stuff cos its a bit unmotivational doing one arm at a time! I suppose it depends what stuff is in level 2 though!0

I go lighter on the chair squat with V raises. Its in the last circuit. I'm also using 8lb weights..5 lb for those.0

Thank you, so you think I should go get some lighter ones just in case? I'm sure I'll use them so I guess it won't be a waste of money0 -
