C25K week 5 & 6

I completed the 20 minute run of week 5, day 3 on Friday. For those of you familiar with the program, is there any reason I couldn't just do 20 minute runs on day 1 and 2 of week 6, then the 25 minute run on day 3 of week 6? Or is there a specific reason the program actually seems to go backwards for a couple days in week 6 by returning to shorter running segments again after accomplishing a 20 minute run?

I stuck with the program, although I remember thinking that it was odd to be going back to breaking up the running with walking again. The only thing I can think of is the total time - W5D3's total workout time is 30 minutes, W6D1 is 34 minutes, so must have something to do with the gradual increase in time as they increase the running through the week? Just a guess...
And week 6 is the last time you'll see any walking mixed in, so enjoy it!0 -

Ya i did find those weeks wierd, just glad im not there yet! Soon tho! I hope i can do it, i really wanna be a runner! With the benefits of running too0

I thought that seemed kind of weird, too. But oh well. I only just completed week 1 lol. so I have a ways to go... I am nervous about the 20 minute run already. I don't see how it's possible that I'll be able to do that lol....0
