Im in the same boat! Plateau for about three months...lose a pound gain a pound! Sigh. But working out hard for me and eating well...and nothing. Im sure ive lost inches but grr...waiting for it to move down!

Hmm maybe i should just excersise 3 days a week, am currently at 5-6 days...of jillian michaels dvds a different one each day, or c25k! Or riding my bike!

I have the same thoughts. I lost 95 lbs doing bearly any excersise, then i started excersising, and bam no weight lose. 3 months now! I know im gaining muscle and probably losing inches but still. I wasnt eating back my excesise calories for the longest, now i am and still nothing! Interested in feedback!

I am so proud of myself today! W3d2! major success compared to w3d1! Where my calves killed the crap outta me! Today i did it no pain whatso ever. Got my heart rate up to 164! idk much about heart rate but i was happy, and ran walked sooooo much further then monday! Woohoo! My paced picked up! What a nsv!

A can of bean would work if ur not to strong in ur arms yet! I has small 3 lb hand weights which seemed to be to heavy but now i just bought 5 lbs cause three are getting to light now! Woohoo!

I havent lost any weight doing it either as a matter a fact i gained, but!!! Ive lost inches, am toning up and gained a great amount of stanima and strength! Woohooo im happy

Mine went from 1250 to 1210. Then i did something else and it brought it to 1220! Im ok with that! But i think its cause updated my goals and it went from my original start of 160 to 155! idk..

My wrists stink too, there week...i found the 30ds didnt bother them, however her 6 week 6 pack hurt bad! Its the side planks! They do me in!

Yes!! Its annoying, cause i am still 155! Granted i have alot of extra skin so without that i may be 140-145 but still! I am considered over weight! My belly is big from my extra skin. And im still skinny fat! I need to tone up alot and still need to lose this flab! Then get a tummy tuck...i wish! And then i still wont be…

Looks like ur eating nice and healthy! Dont starve yourself tho! They alot u an amount of calories still to lose! So u will lose wieght at 1200!

U want ur net to be at 1200! If ur eating back ur excersise earned calories!

It means ur goal for the day is 1200 cals. U have eaten 360 calories, u excersised and burned 761 calories, there for u need to eat those back too, so in that case its like netting 401...altho those numbers dont make much sense! But just giving u an idea!

If u have a phone with apps u can get c25k! I just started it three weeks ago. This week im learning how to run for three minutes and is about 30 mins long so far of walking and running intervals! . It gets u from the couch to running a 5k! Enjoying it so far!

Ive been wanting to get one, always forget when i go to the store! It would save u sooooooooo much money, expecially if ur a coffee drinking like i was....plus u can adjust the coffee to ur likeness. Thanks for reminding me to go get one today!

I just got one. It has really aided in me cutting down on coffee which is a GOOD thing! I was drinking way to much! I wouldnt say i love love love it, but it is nice! I dont think i found my "coffee" yet! Before in a regular pot u can make the coffee according to ur taste, not the keurig! It comes as is! Thus the cutting…

I would probably add everything seperate, and go with the most calories it could be. Or a middle ground! I usually count a few pieces of sliced delie meat as one serving, depending on how thick. Usually its like 2 slices is a serving! So id probably put in. Sesame seed roll....2 servings of salami, 2 servings of capicola,…

With my hrm, and im 155 5'4" i burned 390! From warm up to cool down and everything inbetween! :)
