Wow i did level two for the first time today....yes yes yes i was losing my balance alot. Then i just stood still and moved my upper body. I got further on week two the one. But still only a little over a mile and a half, i believe i just do it on the back roads by my house so dont measure distance! Im slow too!

Sweet!! How long do i give it? Of coarse im hoping i start losing but what if i start gaining. Or nothing happens should i not eat back my calories? Sooo confusing, yet ive read so much on it!

I was always told after a workout! U can make fruit shakes too. Use some fruit the powder, milk or water and ice! Yum

The polar ft 4 was a reasonable polar product. U can get it on amazon for like 60$ i bought mine at target for 93$! I love it!

Always get one with a chest strap, they say! And i got the Polar brand and love it! Polar seems to HIGHLY recomended on here! Mine was bought at target for 93$ but i believe amazon has them for like 30$ less! Thats the wtg if ur not an impulsive spender like myself

Hand weights. I use 3 lbs and thats hard for me...lol. And a mat if working out on a hard surface! Thats all. And agree with the water! I keep that near by and drink from it regularly while working out!

Im glad i got one, cause mfp was over on my excersises and could be the reason i wasnt loosing. Mfp said i was burning 405 cals for a 50 min bike ride, and i was actually with my hrm at like 220! For the same bikeride. I was like what!!! And i was logging circuit training for my jillian michael dvds and was giving me way…

Lol good one! I used to use that one! Then the gyms came out with daycares...then it became they were not open when i needed em...now my baby is grown up! So i have no more excuses there!
