Thats great. I know the feeling I got up over 300 and dont know how i got there. Something clicks inside you and you realize there has to be a change and when that happens you will absoluelty lose the weight. I am down 23 pounds already and it came off 2 at a time so keep it up.

You know what I had the same weekend. I have been fine this whole time and all of a sudden like 8pm I start to get really hungry for food and snacks and such. I have been eating within the calories just not such great choices. We will both conquire this problem lol

I did it for a little at my sisters request. I didnt really make the time to go however she went every night after work and my neice as well and they did great with it. They loved that it wasnt boring or a regular routine but that you could switch it up. I think some of them are having a 30 day trial period at the moment…

I didnt see my loss on there for this week I guess I am not doing it correctly I had a 4 pound loss. Also I am having a hard time trcking the chart. Can we do start weight current weight and loss and thats all for each week???

The only thing I think I really like about the bodybug is that it also helps you to keep track of calories you are burning as well right?? When reading the Polar just said heart rate. Depends on what you are looking for.

I USE TO LOVE TO GO TO TASTE SUBS WHEN I LIVED IN EDISON. I THINK I PACKED ON 1/2 MY WEIGHT THERE. LOL. I ONLY EAT OUT WHEN THEY POST NUTRICIAN ONLINE SO I CAN FIGURE IT OUT BEFORE I GO. IF THEY DONT POST IT I DONT EAT IT.

I have decided that I eat what I want and add the calories. The one thing i did stop eating is OJ for breakfast. 2oz was 110 calories which was just way too much I couldnt keep up with that. And if I want a snack I try to eat reduced calorie snack.

I would love to join the group I started at 346 and I am down to 327. I dont always weigh every week I usually weigh in every 2 weeks only because i drop by my dr office to use the scale and with 3 kids it is a pain. But I will definitly try to do it weekly. Just tell me how to get in. Debbie

Yes I am working on 100 as well. That does not get me where I should be but that is my goal for now. I would need to lose almost 200 pounds in order to be the weight I should be. I would be happy to be your friend. Debbie

I have to tell you that not only do i hate putting on the suit but I hate taking it off when it is wet and clingy. I just get in there and I use a board to kick and kick and kick until I have had enough and then i get out. (my pool is not large enough to swim). Wow that is an amazing story. I use to think one pound at a time would be exhausting or depressing but now that I am doing it I understand that it is the only way to do it. Keep it up youre doing great and your children will be happy to have you here longer than you had your parents.

What I have been doing is allowing the calories I burn to stay in the bank as though they do not matter. Eat your meal for dinner and at the end of the day if you use some of those calories great and if not that is fine as well. It would be like you not doing anything all day and just staying with the program.

I think the reason this site works for me and so many others is that we dont deny ourselves the things we love to eat. Have the hamburger and fries add the calories in and enjoy.

I would agree that a multi vitamin will help you as well since you are shifting the food source you are eating. I have the opposite problem now I cant sleep at night because I am not tired and sluggish any longer. Hang in there because it will get better.

Well I have 3 small kids so i am looking for fun as well. So sometimes I will have them make a home made pizza with part skim cheese or tonight we have having chicken fajitas. I will cook the chicken in Pam and then cut up lettuce, tomato onion and reduced fat cheese in small wraps. Usually I can have like 3 for dinner…

I am a 46 DDD and I just bought some Just My Size full cup bras from Walmart. They hold pretty well and I have been walking with them without bouncing and problems. Give one a try. I think they are like $10.
