I don't log my drinks if they are zero calorie (Diet Pepsi and Diet Green Tea). I know I should because I drink A LOT of pop. I've been trying to cut back though. :ohwell:

I have had a few meals like that but I try not to get too frustrated. Just keep track as best as you can through the rest of the week. I've been struggling with the same thing. I'm thinking about switching from a cheat weekend to just a cheat day. I do so well throughout the week and then go nuts on the weekend. LOL. The worst part is that when Monday comes around, my stomach thinks it's the weekend still and wants to pig out.

My friend did the same thing. She just went through a divorce but she also lost a ton of weight. She wore the dress and drove a 4 wheeler (for the first time) through a muddy field. She hired a photographer. The pics were awesome!!! After the muddy mess, we had a bonfire and she threw the dress in. It was great!

I find that I am very happy and very full when I eat small snacks througout the day and not necessairly a "lunch". Lately I've been eating a lot of grapes. Yumm!
