There is a lot of things you don't like!...i think maybe you can snack something like a shakeology or a protein smoothie, you can buy a blender for doing it outside, you can also eat some crackers with some cheese or PB (i don't know if you also don't like the cheese). You can pack a few baby carrots and celery sticks…

If you are not a very low carb fan you can add it oatmeal and wheat germ! They turn also delicious!. I like also to add some extra flavor with vanilla extract or cinnamon for my breakfast! You can also make a thinner mixture (more like a crepe), and use it for wraps, fajitas, crepes, etc...
