Get a work out video. You can either buy one or search over the internet for them. Most women's magazines have some work out plan on their website. All you have to do is register. I personally do p90x work outs. I bought in on ebay for cheap.

I hate the word "diet" so I say "regiment". So when people ask how I am loosing weight; I say I changed my "food regiment" and exercise schedule. I will add you as my friend. YOU CAN DO IT!

Well I cook my veggies in a wok with either sunflower oil or olive oil. I also mixed it up with sweet taste with honey or cinnomin like in indian dishes or a spicy taste like mexican or thai. It could have been water weight. Sometime you loose fat and replace it with muscle or even the part of your body the lost the weight wasn't in your butt, thigh or stomach area. Im heavy bottomed so I do a lot of cardio and target mt butt, stomach and thighs.
